朝晩肌寒くなって参りましたが、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
VilleFrancheでは秋の期間限定デザートメニューをスタートしております☆

まずは1品目。

＊いちじくと林檎のオモニエール　￥700　　ドリンクセット　￥970

オモニエールとはフランス語で”巾着袋”のこと。

中にはいちじくと林檎のコンポート、生クリームを入れ

オリジナルのクレープ生地で巾着のように包んでいます。

林檎の食感と、いちじくの甘い香りが口の中に広がる一品です☆

2品目がこちら。

＊さつまいものケーキ　￥700　　ドリンクセット　￥970

こちらは、さつまいもをたっぷり使用したケーキ。

ふわふわのスポンジ生地の上に、ほんのりラム酒の効いたサツマイモムース、

オレンジ風味のなめらかサツマイモペーストが。

周りとトップには、さつまいもをカリッと焼き上げたものがトッピングされています。

黒糖ソースとともに頂く、絶品の1品となっております。
