秋限定デザート　『紫芋の和風パルフェ』

風が心地よい季節になりましたね。
今回ご紹介するのは、秋限定デザートの『紫芋の和風パルフェ』です。
紫芋の甘露煮をベースにスポンジケーキ、バニラアイスに生クリーム。
そしてトッピングにはモチモチっとした食感の揚げ団子を乗せました☆
花びらに見立てた紫芋のチップスを添えて、大人っぽく仕上げました。
ひんやり、パリパリ、モチモチ…
色んな食感をお楽しみ頂けるパルフェです☆
